Senior Solution Consultant

Position Overview
The Senior Solution Consultant plays a key role in supporting the sales team through a consultative sales approach focused on understanding and addressing client needs. This individual contributes to RFP responses, delivers tailored product demonstrations, and aligns TeamMate solutions with client methodologies, business requirements, and strategic objectives. Success in this role requires deep product expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to prospects and clients. The Senior Solution Consultant also represents TeamMate at industry conferences, contributes to thought leadership initiatives, and provides feedback to Product Management to support ongoing product enhancement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of Wolters Kluwer, CP&ESG, and TeamMate strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze prospect and client business requirements and assess how TeamMate solutions can support current and future needs.
  • Conduct discovery discussions to identify and break down client challenges into actionable solution components.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with client methodologies and operational requirements.
  • Identify implementation risks and collaborate with clients to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and internal audit best practices.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and continuously improve presales materials and processes.
  • Support marketing initiatives through webinars, thought leadership content, and event participation.
  • Provide product feedback and enhancement recommendations to Product Management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate alignment with corporate values: teamwork, continuous improvement, high performance, and customer focus.
  • Provide activity reporting and participate in team and departmental meetings.
  • Engage professionally and effectively with client stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
  • Proven experience in a presales or consultative sales role involving complex B2B software solutions.
  • Ability to interpret complex business requirements and align them with technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated presentation experience (virtual and onsite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Preferred Knowledge & Certifications
  • Internal Audit certifications (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CISA) or demonstrated knowledge of internal audit, risk management, compliance, internal controls, or governance disciplines.

Travel Requirements
