Senior Solutions ConsultantLocation Hybrid to office, remote candidates considered within the U.S.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers and a strategic partner to our sales teams. You’ll bring clarity, insight, and energy to the pre-sales experience — helping districts understand how Frontline’s connected solutions can solve real problems and simplify their day-to-day work.
Your expertise helps ensure that every interaction is meaningful, every demonstration tells a story, and every client feels confident in how Frontline can support the educators and communities they serve. You’ll also play an important role as a thought partner to Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership — supporting innovation, elevating brand presence, and strengthening the bridge between product capabilities and client needs.
Design and deliver compelling, high-value product demonstrations that clearly communicate the business challenges we help solve.
Tailor demos to each prospect through thoughtful research and collaborative discovery.
Guide prospects through the pre-sales journey, offering both business and technical insights that support confident decision-making.
Demonstrate broad understanding of all Frontline solutions while maintaining deep expertise in your primary product area.
Represent Frontline at conferences, webinars, and industry events — communicating value with clarity and purpose.
Respond to RFI/RFP requirements and provide clear, actionable feedback to Product teams based on customer needs.
Contribute to sales enablement by helping develop tools, assets, and training for the broader organization.
Serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants, ESEs, RSDs, and other partners within Frontline, sharing knowledge openly and modeling collaborative best practices.
Collaborate on complex, multi-solution opportunities, including:
advanced discovery techniques
win-theme development
cross-team coaching and coordination
competitive positioning
comprehensive demo planning
Support Professional Services in scoping, planning, and communicating custom SOW needs.
Lead preparation and debrief for demonstrations to support learning, reflection, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership during onsite or remote facilitation of Solutions Consultants.
Develop and present ROI and value stories that connect Frontline capabilities to district outcomes.
Partner with Sales and Customer teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service throughout the process.
Showcase new enhancements to existing customers and support ongoing engagement and adoption.
A strong background in financial software, SaaS, EdTech, or K–12 technology environments.
Experience presenting complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences in an engaging, accessible way.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling product narratives and solution stories that resonate with district stakeholders.
Creativity and curiosity — bringing fresh thinking, adaptability, and insight to diverse client scenarios.
Confidence in guiding, mentoring, and inspiring peers across the sales ecosystem.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to research prospect needs, synthesize insights, and create tailored demo stories.
Clear written communication skills and strong organizational habits that support cross-functional collaboration.
Comfort managing pipeline details in CRM systems and navigating RFP/bid processes.
Typically 5 or more years of experience in SaaS, sales engineering, K–12, or technical consulting roles.
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Compensation for this role is $95-105K, OTE $115-125K and reflects your experience, skills, and internal equity. You’ll also have access to a 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, personalized PTO, and tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework.
