• • Scale with Intent: You will architect optimal, end-to-end solutions, specifically focusing on high-load systems where you must identify feasibility trade-offs early to prevent technical debt before it starts.

  • Enforce Quality: You are the gatekeeper of Sustainable Engineering. You will conduct code reviews to ensure no "quick and dirty" fixes are shipped, enforcing modular, well-commented, and reusable code across the team.

  • Security & Hygiene: You champion industry-standard engineering practices—enforcing strict credential management and secure SDLC workflows.

• Innovation, Automation & AI Development

• • Automate with Intelligence & Complex Problem Solving: You go beyond simple scripting to tackle ambiguous, large-scale challenges. You leverage Machine Learning models, AI agents, and heuristics to streamline intricate data workflows, effectively replacing "human-in-the-loop" bottlenecks with intelligent, autonomous decision-making systems.

  • Drive New Initiatives & Refactoring: You don't just build new things; you evolve the old. You proactively identify opportunities to refactor legacy architectures for performance and maintainability, while simultaneously bridging R&D and Production by experimenting with technologies like GenAI and LLMs to build next-gen internal tools.

  • Strategic Tooling: You will design and implement internal developer platforms (IDPs) or CLI tools that accelerate the entire engineering team. You treat internal tooling with the same product rigor as customer-facing features, ensuring our ecosystem evolves faster than our challenges.

• Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

• • Technical Collaboration & Force Multiplication: You act as the technical glue for the squad. You don't just execute your own tasks; you proactively identify and unblock architectural impasses for others. You lead design reviews and pair on complex CV/ML challenges to ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions faster.

  • Active Mentorship: You are invested in the growth of your peers. You go beyond standard code reviews to provide mentorship that elevates the team's engineering maturity, helping junior engineers navigate complex technical decisions and career growth.

What We Are Looking For

• The Tech Stack

• • Full Stack Authority: You possess expert-level depth in Python (asyncio, multiprocessing) and modern web stacks. You don't just write code; you design scalable architectures and can optimize critical paths for performance and concurrency.

  • Data & ML Engineering: You have advanced experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV) and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy). You understand the internals of model deployment and can optimize pipelines for latency and throughput, not just accuracy.

  • Database Architecture: You go beyond usage to deep optimization. You are proficient in query tuning, indexing strategies, and data modeling for high-scale environments using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
