We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Sous Chef – Baker to lead our bakery operations and deliver high-quality baked goods. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a creative approach to baking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Baker or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen
- Minimum 5–8 years of bakery experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production of breads, pastries, and baked products
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Supervise and train bakery team members
- Plan production schedules based on demand
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and control costs
