What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Accounting who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Support month end closing activities and preparation of financial reports in accordance with IFRS and company requirements,
• Support for planning and preparation of the budget,
• Prepare periodical analysis of budget variances in terms of actual & forecast comparison,
• Prepare & review consolidated financial reports and presentations to the management,
• Support other periodic and management & regulatory reporting, (management performance analysis etc.) covering the area of responsibility,
• Participate in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting processes and systems,
• Responsible for the coordination of the additional reporting activities if required,
• Contribute to the projects with the perspective of IFRS, controlling the project outputs and ensuring the availability in the live system.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match ?

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences or Industrial and Management Engineering,
• Having minimum 3-4 years experience,
• Strong knowledge, making the financial chart and financial consolidation,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• SAP and Hyperion knowledge is a plus,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
