Job Role: Senior Network Voice Engineer
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology, Electronics, or related field.
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Voice Engineer to lead manage and optimize enterprise voice and contact center solutions in a 24x7 operational environment
- The candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting incident management upgrades and process improvement initiatives across multivendor voice technologies Avaya Cisco etc.
- The role requires excellent communication skills readiness to work in rotational shifts and proven hands-on experience in automation and process improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 support for voice network infrastructure ensuring high availability scalability and security
- Lead installation configuration and maintenance of voice systems Avaya Cisco etc. and related contact center infrastructure
- Manage user provisioning call routing IVR setups and system integrations
- Monitor system health troubleshoot complex issues and ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Implement and maintain security policies access controls and compliance standards
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and regular DR drills
- Oversee network provisioning capacity planning and performance optimization for voice and contact center environments
- Manage LANWAN QoS SIP trunking and network connectivity for voice systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate voice and contact center solutions with cloud platforms and other enterprise systems
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline voice and network operations
- Document procedures configurations and incident resolutions
- Lead incident problem management root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Act as SME for UCCE and CUCM providing recommendations and expertise towards consolidation migration of the voice estate
- Proactively identify and present appropriate improvements and innovations in the voice domain
Primary Skills:
- Extensive technical expertise in Avaya Cisco UCCE CUCM and related products
- Handson experience in installation upgrade and troubleshooting of voice network devices
- Proficiency in VoIP protocols SIP H323 MGCP SCCP legacy voice protocols ISDN QSIG and session border controllers
- Experience with network monitoring diagnostic tools and performance tuning
- Ability to debug voice gateways and analyze logs
- Advanced understanding of ITIL processes for incident problem and change management.
Secondary Skills:
- Experience with automation and process improvement using scripting languages Python PowerShell etc.
- Exposure to cloud integration and hybrid voice environments
- Familiarity with documentation and maintaining network diagrams
- Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution
- Experience with outbound dialers wallboards and advanced contact center technologies
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and build strong professional relationships
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive approach to learning mentoring and process improvement
- Ability to lead teams and drive innovation

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
