Senior Specialist - CCU Operator

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Specialist - CCU (Central Control Unit) Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring and controlling our operational systems, playing a key role in ensuring safety, security, and efficiency across our state-of-the-art facilities. As the Senior Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize performance, enhance operational workflows, and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Central Control Unit.
• Monitor real-time system performance and respond to critical situations or alarms effectively.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to maintain optimal communication and workflow.
• Conduct routine assessments and maintenance checks of the CCU systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Develop and document standard operation procedures and best practice guidelines.
• Guide and train junior operators on CCU functions and emergency response protocols.
• Analyze operational data, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in control room operations or a related field.
• Deep understanding of CCU technology and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with monitoring, control systems, and relevant software tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
