Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Customer Experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting the design and delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, initiatives, and programs.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer experience goals.

Support the creation of customer journey maps and experience frameworks.

Prepare reports and presentations on customer experience metrics and progress.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field.

3+ years of experience in customer experience, service design, or related roles.
