Senior Specialist - Customer Experience

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Customer Experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on supporting the design and delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our entertainment, sports, and cultural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer experience goals.
  • Support the creation of customer journey maps and experience frameworks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on customer experience metrics and progress.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote a strong customer-centric culture.

Requirements


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, service design, or related roles.
