Job Purpose:

Help in implementing advanced data science and analytics solutions by developing models, evaluating

enterprise data assets, and providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making,

performance optimization, and advanced analytics initiatives across Red Sea Global.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement data acquisition, profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes across enterprise data sources to ensure data integrity, analytical readiness, and alignment with defined governance and quality standards.
• Develop statistical, machine learning, and predictive models to analyze complex datasets, identify trends and correlations, and support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making use cases.
• Evaluate data usability, completeness, and value to determine suitability for reporting, analytics, and coordinating remediation actions with data owners and data platform teams.
• Design and maintain analytical data views, semantic layers, and curated datasets used by BI tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics solutions to ensure consistent and business aligned interpretation of data.
• Provide analytical outputs, visualizations, and insight narratives that translate complex findings into clear recommendations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support enterprise data governance execution by contributing to data quality controls, KPI definitions, business metadata documentation, and data stewardship activities across assigned data domains.
• Coordinate with business units to understand analytical requirements, validate assumptions, and deliver data-driven solutions addressing performance gaps and operational challenges.
• Review recurring data quality or analytical issues through root-cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions across data-producing functions to enhance long-term data reliability.

Academic Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Years of Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

Other Requirements: Certified Data Scientist (CDS), IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Certified: Data Scientist Associate is preferred.
