• Commission injection molds, defining and optimizing process parameters
• Plan, monitor, and report mold trials
• Provide technical support throughout the design, manufacturing, and commissioning phases of new moldprojects
• Develop engineering solutions to mold and process-related issues during production
• Monitor mold maintenance, modification, and change activities from a technical perspective
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency and product quality
• Ensure technical coordination with mold suppliers and external toolmakers
• Lead process optimization activities on injection molding machines
• Prepare technical documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards

Position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molds and processes
• Strong knowledge of mold design, injection molding process parameters, and machine settings
• Ability to analyze mold and part defects and develop effective corrective actions
• Preferably experienced in the automotive or home appliance industries
• Capable of working in coordination with shift-based production teams
