We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – R&D (Test & Approval) to join our team at Dishwasher Product Directorate in Ankara.

• Participate in R&D projects focused on improving and developing new products.
• Ensure design compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Manage and follow up product certification processes.
• Contribute to Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) studies.
• Evaluate designs, documentation, standards, algorithms, and emerging technologies.
• Monitor, learn, and develop test standards relevant to the projects.
• Prepare detailed test plans in alignment with project timelines.
• Coordinate test activities and communicate results with development teams.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure effective collaboration among technicians.
• Work closely with development teams to identify issues, capture data, discuss solutions, and re-test corrected defects.
• Develop digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce process complexity.

This position is located in Ankara, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field
• Experience in household or similar electrical appliances, preferably dishwashers
• Strong knowledge of appliance safety and performance standards such as IEC 60335-1, IEC 60335-2-5, and UL 749
• Experience in international certification and conformity processes including SASO, ECAS, OMAN etc.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency, EMC, and reliability testing standards relevant to household appliances
• Experience with quality tools, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Hands-on experience in failure analysis, fault tree analysis, and field data investigation
• Proven track record in reliability projects and using reliability analysis software for performance improvement
• Knowledge of electronic and electromechanical components and their reliability characteristics
• Experience in Six Sigma projects and analytical tools (Six Sigma Belt certification is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Broad business perspective and customer-oriented mindset
• Motivation to deliver outstanding results and drive innovation
• High emotional awareness and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Open to different perspectives, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
• Clear and structured in communicating ideas
