• Participate in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Plan laboratory activities for product approvals,
• Identify and solve complex technical problems related to fluid, thermal, and cleaning system design,
• Developing innovative and cost-competitive systems and component solutions,
• Have a experience in fluid and thermal system modelling tools (Ansys Fluent, Modelica, NX Modelling etc.),
• Utilize 6 Sigma analysis tools such as DOE, Anova, Capability, etc.
• Benchmark competitive units and products to analyze their systems and components,
• Design alternative and competitive components to enhance performance in cleaning and drying,
• Present and share the outcomes of the project across departments and functions,
• Create activity plans and track progress among cross-functional project teams to complete projects on time, on budget, and to meet customer requirements.

The position is in Ankara, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Master’s/Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Having experience in combined system design, such as fluid and thermal,

• Ambition to work in a laboratory for testing and creating system prototypes,

• Having a passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest advancements in fluid and thermal system design,
• Understanding of the household industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor products,

• Thinking broadly about technology development,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs and a result-oriented mindset,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Builds collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
