Senior Specialist - Marketing- Figma & Digital Design

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead creative execution across digital design, including websites, social media, and lead‑generating platforms. This role owns the design work behind integrated lead‑generation campaigns across digital, paid, email, and social channels, ensuring creative solutions drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results. You will design and deliver high‑impact digital experiences that balance speed, performance, and iteration while maintaining brand standards and design system integrity. This role requires a strong Figma expert with experience in design systems, prototyping, and scalable digital solutions, as well as a collaborative mindset for working across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing campaigns from concept development to finished product, including development of marketing collateral such as social and digital campaigns, as well as traditional marketing such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc.
  • Assist with development and manage tracking of lead-generation activities such as link building, directory listings, blog, social media, and online press release generation, as requested
  • Monitor customer engagement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns and provide insight on how to improve or expand marketing campaigns..
  • Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics/trend analysis and tracking, competitive web site/eCommerce monitoring, customer research, and competitor research.
  • Support sales and marketing needs of sales and supplier product groups at global, national, regional, and local levels.
  • Assist with internal projects requiring digital, visual, and graphic design elements, including support for video-integrated assets.
  • Support and mentor team members by sharing best practices Figma, deisgn systems and prototyping
  • Scope and create templates to improve efficiency for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and additional channels.
  • Collaborates with ecommerce teammates and marketing partners across business to support content and inbound marketing (blog, social media assets, infographics, and more).
  • Assists with internal projects that require visual digital and web graphics design.
  • Manages other digital and web design.
  • Lead creative execution for digital marketing initiatives across web, social, paid media, email, and lead generation platforms.
  • Own end to end design work that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation, optimizing for performance, speed, and iteration.
  • Lead and contribute to design systems and Figma libraries, ensuring consistency, scalability, and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Design and prototype digital experiences that support go to market initiatives and campaign objectives.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver cohesive, on brand creative solutions.
  • Use insights, testing, and performance feedback to continuously optimize creative impact and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant industry preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years required, 6 years preferred of product, solution or field marketing experience, preferably in Fortune 500 company.
  • Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge of multi-channel marketing and associated best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to internal and external groups.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to spot questionable information or unusual data trends, combined with a disciplined problem-solving process that applies conceptual thinking to identify root cause(s) and provide appropriate solution(s).
  • Able to spot new and evaluate existing business opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the “big picture.”
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), working knowledge and at least basic- to intermediate-level HTML or wordpress skills.
  • Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction.
  • Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven experience in digital campaign and web design, with a performance‑driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, accessibility, and scalable digital design practices.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
