Your Tasks:

TÜV SÜD’s Global Marketing team is seeking a proactive team player to join the core Website Operations team. This role is central to driving continuous improvement and innovation across our global web platforms, with a strong focus on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.

As part of the Global Marketing Operations (Website) team, the candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into technical requirements, managing multi-market projects, and supporting the evolution of our enterprise website CMS (content management system), Sitecore. The ideal candidate will be a Sitecore evangelist, passionate about optimizing digital experiences and enabling internal teams to fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.

This is a hands-on role offering growth opportunities in marketing technology, international project management, and digital transformation.

Your Qualification:

• Degree in Marketing, Information System and / or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis and project management within digital or web environments.
• Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms; Sitecore experience is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital marketing technologies is a plus.
