Job Purpose

Responsible for operation control & maintenance coordination of MGA rail unloading station, MGA railcar washing system, MGA tank farm area acid loading & transfer, PPA rail unloading, PPA tank farm area ,PPA export system, hot water flushing system, MGA truck unloading operation, PIT‐310,311,315,315,317,318,319,312, sanitary water system operation and to ensure that all Material Handling activities are carried out timely, safely and efficiently according to approved standard Operation procedure.

Key Accountabilities

Operation & Maintenance Cooridnation for MGA area:

• MGA & PPArail unloading facility from wagon to vessel.
• MGA transfer from vessel to storage tanks.
• MGA Railcar washing scanjet system &MGA PIT-315.
• MGA effluent collection pit-317 & PPAPIT-318.
• MGA & PPA storage tank facility.

Operation & Maintenance Cooridnation for Rock Phosphate &Acid outloading area:

• Feeding the storedrock phosphate to PAP.
• Receive and feedthe dry rocktrucks
• Feeding the storedsizing rock phosphate to PAP.
• Feeding the storedKaolin to PAP
• Warehouse Rock Phosphate material management.
• Phosphuric & Sulfuric Acid outloading area.

Operation & Maintenance Coordination for MH1 Rock &Kaolin receive, storage& transfer area:

• 3KMO-Y11 Rock transfer/tripper conveyor
• 3KMO-A01 Phosphate Rockdiverter
• 3KMO-Y05 Silica/Kaolin transfer Conveyor
• 3KMO-Y06 Kaolin silo feed conveyor
• 3KMO-F02 silica silodust filter

• Coordination with SAR teamfor unloading, washing issues & locomotive maintenance procurement items (engine oil, bearing axel oil).
• Diesel filling for the locomotives coordination with Al-Khonaini by raising PR.
• Coordination with SAR for the rail arrival time, shunting requirements, handover of closer certificate between SAR representative and operation.

• Conduct monthly auditfor the fire extinguishers, firehydrants available at MGA rockstation area.
• Conduct monthly auditfor the safetyshower & eye wash stationin service
• Communicate to fire department & REDA maintenance team for the rectification of fire system in case of operation issue.

• Development of SOPfor MH1, MGA & PA,SA outloading area.
• Development of checklist for MH1, MGA & PA, SA outloading area.
• Development of logsheet for MH1, MGA & PA, SA outloading area.
• Development of confined space,LOTO blind procedure for MH1, MGA & PA,SA outloading area.

Permits:

• Verification of Work Permit(WP) prior to issue for th eplanned job by operation & recommend additional requirement for the safety (if required).

HEMAYA:

• Trained aboutraising Near missin HEMAYA system.
• Evaluation of the Near miss raised in the HEMAYA system & coordination withconcern department for the corrective action.
• Responsible for maintaining the monthly record for the Near miss raised & closed after corrective action for the Import area.

Reports Evaluation:

• Evaluation for the 12 hours &24 hours MH – Importreport & coordination with maintenance teamfor the down equipments.
• Responsible for maintaining daily inventory records as per the 24 hrs report & update Operations Manager about the avilable stocks.

Permit Work Compliances:

• Make sure that work permit is issued and received by authorize persons and ensure compliance thereof.

Health, safety and Environment:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety guidelines and regulations and environmental conditions within acceptable norms and standards.
