PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures Order Book collection and the demand is maintained in the system accordingly.
- Analysis & reporting on order book status and product availability to ensure a high conversion of orders and on time to Market.
- Order book management and make sure all the transactions in system stick to the adidas internal policy and procedures.
- Ensures accurate order book is maintained in the system on timely basis as per adidas internal Process, (cleanse up invalid open orders, article cancellation, Trade terms sign off).
- Controls allocation-run, raise any question for stock shortage and other discrepancy, adjust order based on the alignment with business.
- Creates Delivery Notes as per adidas internal policy, and timely release to the warehouse based on agreed plan.
- Overall controls the campaign and hard launch availability, make sure all the products are posted and according to the sign off plan.
- Confirms deliveries to customers and shares posting reports and invoices. Raises to Account Manager in case of any issues related to orders, payment or delivery of goods
- Leads the posting process, make sure all the products are posted at the right time with right quantity, all the business needs are addressed in the posting.
- Prepares monthly Net Sales forecast before posting to show the posting ratio by accounts, markets, channel.
- Represents OBF function output to internal stakeholders.
- Support on project & process improvement initiatives of OBF working efficiency.
- Leads system testing and make sure smoothly go live.
- Participates in cross-functional S&OP meetings (Planning, Purchasing, Sales).
- Provides support during internal and external auditing.
- On Time In Full KPI’s analysis and drive for improvement
- Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
:- Extensive knowledge about overall Supply Chain processes,
- Team player, high degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drives to perform. Self-starter, ability to work and build cooperation across team members, strong in negotiation and finding compromise.
- Understanding of the bigger picture and end-to-end supply chain.
- Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under very limited guidance.
- Motivating and leading a team.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Act as the SAP Key User.
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or higher in Supply chain or Business administration
- 2-4 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations or customer service experience.
- Experience in multi-national company.
