Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Role description

Lead the SAP IBP functional workstream for the S4HANA Greenfield implementation project

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions

Design and configure SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Optimization and Response Supply

Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct workshops training sessions and provide guidance to junior consultants

Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules

Support testing data migration and cutover activities

Provide postgolive support and continuous improvement recommendations

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field

10 years of experience in SAP IBP and supply chain planning

Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations

Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology certification preferred

Experience with S4HANA implementations preferably Greenfield projects

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and lead functional teams
