Location: Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist – Power & Water Production Capacity to join the Production Planning and Development (PWP) Section.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within GCC countries.
• Proven expertise in electricity and water demand forecasting, capacity expansion planning, and IWPP project development.
• Strong knowledge of economic analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and modeling tools (PLEXOS preferred)
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: QAR45,000.00 - QAR60,000.00 per month
