Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in SeleniumJava testing to drive quality assurance in digital analytics testing projects

Job Description

Lead and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java in digital analytics environments Design develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios Ensure adherence to software testing best practices and methodologies within the digital analytics domain Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in test automation and digital analytics testing Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts primarily using Selenium with Java Participate in test planning including estimating effort and designing test cases for complex features Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios Log monitor and retest defects ensuring clear communication on defect status and test progress Enhance existing automation frameworks and reusable components to improve test efficiency Prepare and deliver detailed test execution reports highlighting risks issues and coverage Collaborate effectively within an onshoreoffshore delivery model and participate actively in Agile ceremonies Ensure all testing activities comply with SDLC processes and internal quality standards Should have 2 plus years of relevant experience

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
