Required Experience: 12+ Years
Technical Skills (Primary):
- Lead manages and mentor the team consisting of Developers Production Support and Testers
- Experience in Managing large teams in an onsite offshore Model
- Handson experience in Net Full Stack technologies ASPNET C Angular SQL Server Web API in Java, Java Spring and related technologies for COTS and custom applications
- Experience in Delivery Management for large teams resourcing financials proposals
- Experience in performing Due Diligence and estimation for large projects
- Oversee project delivery for Mainframe Net and custom applications ensuring quality and timeliness
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and prioritize workload based on business needs
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross functional teams
- Develop and implement best practices for software development testing and support processes
- Monitor project milestones identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders regarding status issues and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and productivity
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance project status and key metrics
- Foster a positive team culture focused on innovation accountability and professional growth
- Manage team hiring onboarding training and career development activities
- Handle escalations and provide guidance to resolve complex technical and operational challenges
- Leverage hands-on experience in Mainframe environments to guide technical decisions and mentor team members
- Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
Secondary Skills:
- Experience working in Java Mainframe projects
Soft Skills:
- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Insurance Domain Knowledge

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
