Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

Role description

Primary Must have skills Mandatory

Specifically with Python Ansible Golang Terraform and CloudFormation Additionally candidates should have a strong understanding of DevSecOps practices including security automation vulnerability management and CICD pipelines

Programming Languages Python scripting over other languages like Golang and Java which are not preferred for this role

Configuration Management Tools Handson experience with at least one configuration management tool such as Ansible or Terraform

RESTful APIs Understanding RESTful APIs and API integration with automation along with experience in creating troubleshooting and maintaining automation scripts using libraries and frameworks

Additional Skills Experience with Linux infrastructure and administration including command line skills and proficiency in scripting languages like Python Shell Bash or PowerShell

Focus on Automation and DevOps Focusing on automation and DevOps skills including experience with CICD security automation and vulnerability management They also mentioned the need for strong understanding of Linux infrastructure and administration

CICD and Security Automation Experience with CICD processes security automation and vulnerability management along with API integration with automation tools

Linux Infrastructure Strong understanding of Linux infrastructure and administration including command line skills as part of the required skill set

Automation Tools Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible Terraform and Chef with a preference for candidates who are open to training and adaptable to new tools
