Senior Specialist – Supply Chain PMO
Position Overview
We are hiring a structured, execution-oriented Senior Specialist to join the Group Supply Chain Management (GSCM) PMO. This role drives organization, visibility, and delivery discipline across major SCM programs, spanning Facilities (construction & consolidation), Logistics optimization, Procurement transformation, Export Control, and Supply Chain Security.
You’ll act as the central nerve of Group SCM projects: collecting updates from 35+ entities, maintaining precise trackers, and transforming complex project data into clear, visually strong presentations and executive reports.
Responsibilities
🔹
Project Management & Coordination

Manage the Group SCM Master Project Tracker covering all strategic and operational initiatives.

Track progress, dependencies, budgets, and KPIs, proactively flagging risks or delays.

Coordinate with cluster and entity teams to validate status, collect data, and align next steps.

Drive project discipline by following up with owners until deliverables are complete.

Reporting, Presentation & Communication

Develop professional-grade PowerPoint presentations for senior management, steering committees, and BoD updates.

Convert raw data and scattered inputs into storylined, executive-ready decks that highlight key insights, actions, and outcomes.

Maintain and update visual dashboards (Excel, Power BI, MS Project) showing project milestones, RAG status, and dependencies.

Draft concise management summaries, action logs, and decision notes for internal circulation.

Ensure that reporting is not just accurate, but compelling, clean layouts, data visuals, and clear narrative flow.

PMO Systems & Data Governance

Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting formats across SCM sub-functions.

Maintain documentation, risk registers, and lessons-learned logs for each project.

Support implementation of MS Project or equivalent tools to automate progress tracking.

Drive consistency and version control across all project artifacts and presentation materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Interface with project leads across Facilities, Logistics, Procurement, and Transformation.

Prepare and facilitate periodic PMO review sessions, agenda, slides, and follow-up actions.

Serve as the link between technical project teams and executive management , translating operational details into decision-oriented visuals.
Key Project Domains

Facilities: Construction of factories, warehouses, bunkers, and office relocations.

Logistics: Freight optimization, rate cards, LLP platform, warehouse integration.

Procurement: Category strategies, policy rollout, supplier management CoEs.

Export Control & Compliance: SAP GTS deployment, trade regulation adherence.

Supply Chain Security & Resilience: Risk monitoring and mitigation planning.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years in project management, PMO, or operations coordination, ideally within a large group or manufacturing environment.

Strong command of Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver top-tier presentations for C-level stakeholders.

Understanding of supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, facilities, export control) is a plus.

PMP, Prince2, or similar certification preferred.
