Senior Speech Therapist

Position: Senior Speech Therapist
Qualification: BASLP / MASLP
Experience: 5–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex speech and language cases.
• Design advanced therapy plans and oversee therapy outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior speech therapists and interns.
• Conduct case reviews, therapy audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and doctors.
• Handle parent counseling, progress reviews, and goal-setting discussions.
• Support clinical operations, training programs, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in pediatric and adult speech-language disorders.
• Proven ability to manage high caseloads and complex cases.
• Leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Preferred Traits:
• Experience in autism intervention, early intervention, or rehabilitation settings.
• Exposure to clinical supervision, training, or program development is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,992.87 - ₹75,126.18 per month
