Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
- Diagnose and treat:
- Speech and language delays
- Articulation and fluency disorders
- Voice disorders
- Swallowing (dysphagia) issues
- Hearing and auditory processing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide therapy sessions for children and adults
- Work closely with physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Follow clinic protocols and professional ethics
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing / Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong clinical exposure may be considered)
- Valid registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
