Speech and Language Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
• Diagnose and treat:
• Speech and language delays
• Articulation and fluency disorders
• Voice disorders
• Swallowing (dysphagia) issues
• Hearing and auditory processing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapy sessions for children and adults
• Work closely with physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Follow clinic protocols and professional ethics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing / Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
• 1–2 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong clinical exposure may be considered)
• Valid registration with RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered and empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
