Senior SQA Engineer

We are looking for a detail obsessed SQA Engineer who lives and breathes quality and automation. This role is for someone who knows how to break things before users do and can confidently automate test cases using Cypress. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ship stable, scalable, high quality software. Quality is not an afterthought here. It is the standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress
• Execute manual and automated testing for web applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and end to end testing
• Review requirements and provide early feedback from a quality perspective
• Ensure testing is aligned with business and technical expectations
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer
• Hands on experience with Cypress for automation testing
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience testing web based applications
• Familiarity with JavaScript and modern frontend concepts
• Experience with test case creation, execution, and reporting
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools and test management systems
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI CD pipelines
• Exposure to API testing
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Knowledge of performance or security testing
