About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SQA Engineer to define, implement, and lead the overall Software Quality Assurance strategy, architecture, and processes. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and quality frameworks.

You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software products while fostering a strong culture of quality across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• SQA Architecture & Strategy
• Design and implement scalable SQA frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Test Automation & CI/CD
• Lead automation initiatives across the SDLC, including UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and environment stability.
• Process Improvement
• Continuously evaluate and optimize QA processes, tools, and standards.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and reliability in testing practices.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to QA engineers and developers.
• Promote a quality-first mindset across cross-functional teams.
• Risk & Compliance Management
• Identify system risks, vulnerabilities, and quality gaps.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, ISO standards, and GDPR guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align on quality objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles.
• Metrics & Reporting
• Define and monitor quality KPIs and metrics.
• Provide actionable reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Innovation & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on emerging QA trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Recommend and implement improvements where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing QA strategies and automation frameworks.
• Strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework, and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, PHP, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
