Senior SQL Developer

• Design and implement SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB databases and Power BI.
• Ensure databases are properly maintained, including backups and restores.
• Manage deployments and ensure best practices are followed.
• Work with the security team to ensure database security.
• Manage database migrations between servers and versions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with databases.
• Work with vendor support on any issues that require their assistance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to databases.
• Collaborate with other IT team members, including the development team, to ensure system availability and performance.
• Create Change Management Requests with IT and Development
• Support reporting team members with database queries and data requirements
• Provide Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support.
• Work with the development team members for AI integrations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a DBA, with a focus on SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB and Power BI
• Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB and Power BI
• Experience with database migrations and deployments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work during US Central time zone hours.
• Experience working with vendor support is a plus.
• Familiarity with Change Management processes
• Experience supporting reporting team members with database queries and data requirements.
• Experience providing Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support.
• Experience with Power BI Reports and Dashboard
• Familiarity with AI integrations
