Your Impact

As the engine behind the firm’s outsourced accounting services, you will:

  • Own the GL: Lead all bookkeeping functions, general ledger maintenance, and complex reconciliations with precision.
  • Drive Strategy: Execute month-end closes and prepare accrual-based reporting that gives CEOs the clarity they need to make big decisions.
  • Master the Clean-Up: Act as a specialist in troubleshooting discrepancies and bringing disorganized books into perfect alignment.
  • Optimize Systems: Oversee and automate accounting ecosystems using QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto.
  • Support Growth: Provide budgeting and forecasting support to help clients hit their next revenue milestones.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within for-profit entities.
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of GAAP and full-cycle General Ledger management.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level Excel skills and power user status in cloud accounting (QBO).
  • The Pro Mindset: You are a self-starter who enjoys an autonomous work environment and the ability to work directly with clients.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus potential.
