This position may be eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota (or a bordering state within 50 miles of the office location). Employees living within 50 miles of the office location listed above will be required to work in the office at least 50% of the time each month. For those who live more than 50 miles away, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance are eligible to telework up to 100% of the time.

This position exists to provide legal expertise to MNsure. The individual in this position will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on MNsure legal activities including advising MNsure managers, directors and executive management and coordinating with other agency legal counsel, and the Attorney General’s office. This position directs and coordinates a variety of complex and challenging areas affecting MNsure, and in particular in the areas of contracts, procurement, data privacy functions, state and federal healthcare policy, administrative policies, training and legal advice including:
