Senior/ Staff Full Stack Engineer ( Ruby on Rails )

Team is looking for experienced backend web development engineer. Ideally they're comfortable working across the stack, including API design, back-end development, database, and have some familiarity with front-end.

Responsibilities

• 
  Participate in the design and development of high-performance business application, from requirements analysis to production

• Constantly improve software quality (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools, and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.)

• Analyze and improve application performance

• Search for simple and robust solutions to complex tasks

• Work in an agile methodology environment where innovation, teamwork, and creativity are the key to success

• Collaborate with distributed team of developers, QA engineers, analysts

Requirements

• 
  SQL / data modeling experience

• Ruby/Rails

• React and/or TypeScript experience

• UI/UX experience (design and implementation)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.

Nice to have

• 
  Test-driven development experience
