Senior Staff Nurse (5 to 20 Years Exp)

• Patient Care:Provides direct, high-level patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and ensuring continuity of care for patients with chronic illnesses or in critical conditions.
• Leadership & Mentoring:Supervises and guides junior staff nurses, provides orientation for new staff members, and acts as a resource for advice and support.
• Administrative Duties:Manages the assignment of patient care duties, monitors patient progress, and maintains patient records.
• Quality Improvement:Contributes to the improvement of patient care and services by monitoring quality and implementing best practices.
• Staff Training:May also be involved in training and educating junior nursing staff.
