CENTRAL STORE MANAGEMENT:-
¢ Assist Purchased materials invoice entry to the ERP System, consumable materials list followed by the Central Procurement Department.
¢ MEP materials for Full responsibility for monthly reconciliation and management of internal accounts. And inventory for a new construction material for Dewa Project.
¢ Assisting the controller in month end closing, journal entries and reconciliation in addition.
Assisting the controller in tracking and maintaining company policies.
¢ Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.
¢ Analyzing and maintaining an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk for all materials, manpower supplier and sub contractor work materials cost.
¢ Preparing the month end close and reconcile revenue received to the cash account.
¢ Assisting in the preparation of monthly expenditure for site materials and sewerage and water and drinking water etc… office stationary including petty cash voucher keep the report day by day.
¢ Sub Station Civil & MEP Works Handling for site wise supervised. And Logistics Coordination and Plant & Machinery also.
Scaffolding Materials site Platform and Building Platform Organised.
¢ Managing in developing, implementing plans for the organization; assuring them cost-effective accomplishment.
¢ As per Road and Infrastructure works materials internal and external check in.
¢ Materials received from LPO Order wise.
¢ Construction and contracting materials and MEP Materials following to the procurement department of the Purchase Order.
¢ Monthly wise stock report and inventory statistics report.
¢ Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with related policies and procedures & are in accordance with the organization goals objectives.
¢ Materials received and delivered of entry to ERP system.
¢ Direct timely, effective responses to problems
¢ Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses and improvement plans for inventory like stock value, inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, slow moving items, and shortages;
and materials like on time delivery. Establish best practices for inventory management
¢ Implement ad hoc actions to assure availability on time for quantity to perform maintenance work orders as per the program defined by the planner.
¢ Send periodic report out to Site Management.
¢ Site Aluminums and Class safe and perfect inspection
¢ Safety and PPE issue to the employee’s instructions to the safety officer
¢ Construction building materials monthly stock report through project Manager.
¢ Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safekeeping of all stock located within the project stores and management and organization, and implementation of task assigned by supervisor.
¢ Materials for Store and site perfect issued report.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
