We are searching for a passionate
Senior Store Operations - Sales Analyst
to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and deliver daily sales and KPI reports across all stores.

Analyze sales performance, develop insights, and create weekly sales meeting presentations,

Support the Finance team in preparing the annual sales budget and rolling forecasts.

Generate weekly and monthly sales productivity reports at both store and employee levels; organize analysis meetings and prepare supporting decks.

Contribute to the design, reporting, and execution of sales incentive schemes, bonuses, and contests to drive store performance.

Ensure smooth operation of the Reporting Platform, including workflow monitoring and access management.

Contribute to Operations Department projects with a focus on communication and KPIs; implement pilot processes and coordinate with other departments for follow-up.

Submit monthly sales closure reports to HR for commission calculations.

Manage the rollout and adoption of digital/mobile applications that support sales in the field.

Create and monitor campaign discount/promo codes in POS systems, ensuring proper usage and accurate reporting.

Maintain up-to-date store information in systems and share changes with relevant teams.

Prepare, update, and track the annual Store Toolkit documents.

Participate in business development initiatives by proposing ideas and improving existing processes.

Keep departmental store visit checklists current and report findings under the Operational Excellence Project.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Preferably experienced in the retail sector, and strong understanding of retail KPIs and market dynamics.

Advanced proficiency in English (Fleunt in both written and spoken).

Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel in macro level
-
Excellent analytical thinking and reporting skills.

High level of commercial awareness.
