The Job: Deliver a high-quality retail experience, achieve personal sales targets, and support all aspects of store operations


Job Description

A. Sales

  • Consistently achieve/exceed set individual sales and KPI targets.
  • Create a personalized and professional shopping experience for every client.
  • Deliver a complete sales journey by engaging customers with compelling brand storytelling and confident product demonstrations.
  • Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize transaction value.

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Record and update client data in CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular, personalized follow-up.
  • Handle after-sales service requests in coordination with the Customer Care Centre team.

C. Product & Brand Proficiency

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, features, and brand heritage.
  • Attend and actively participate in product and brand training sessions.
  • Share product insights and brand stories with clients to enhance their experience.

D. Store Operations

  • Ensure compliance with store opening/closing procedures and cash register operations.
  • Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the sales floor at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
  • Submit accurate daily sales and client activity reports.

E. Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective store targets.
