To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Senior Strategy and Growth Specialist.


Job purpose:

Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Egypt business, driving cross-functional alignment and leading the structured execution of strategic initiatives across CP and CNP channels. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, establishing strong governance frameworks, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.


Key Accountabilities & Decision Authority

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Egypt business team, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication across internal teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives and product launches, from business case development and planning through execution and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Drive structured project governance, including scope definition, prioritization, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across different verticals to plan and execute releases across CP and CNP channels, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, regulatory considerations, and operational bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to maintain timelines and business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly strategic and execution plans for Egypt, translating high-level objectives into clear initiatives with defined KPIs and financial impact.
  • Oversee the execution and launch of banking and acquiring-related projects, ensuring full compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations in coordination with partner banks.
  • Drive commercial growth initiatives including new feature rollouts, pricing enhancements, channel optimization, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support and lead commercial discussions with strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Strategy, Commercial Project Management, Business Development, or similar roles within Banking, Fintech, or Payments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of CP and CNP payment channels and banking/acquiring frameworks.
  • Experience working with regulatory stakeholders and compliance frameworks (CBE exposure preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
