Job Title: Senior Civil Structural Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with 7-12 years of experience in structural design and supervision, specializing in reinforced concrete and steel structures. This position is based at our Tabuk Head Office, where you will take the lead in designing and managing structural solutions for high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:
-> Lead Structural Engineering: Oversee and design reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring compliance with safety, stability, and relevant design codes.
-> Design Validation: Review and validate structural calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring all designs meet project requirements and applicable standards.
-> Collaboration: Work with other engineering disciplines (e.g., architectural, mechanical, electrical) to address technical challenges and provide integrated solutions.
-> Site Inspections & Structural Assessments: Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to monitor progress, evaluate challenges, and implement design adjustments as necessary.
-> Retrofit Design: Develop and implement retrofit designs for existing structures, ensuring they meet updated safety codes and standards.
-> Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, helping them develop technical skills and ensure best practices are followed.
-> Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation for all designs, including reports and specifications, and ensure compliance with international codes such as ACI, BS, and Eurocodes.

Requirements:
-> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:
-> 7-12 years of hands-on experience in structural design within a design firm.
-> Extensive experience in designing reinforced concrete and steel structures.
-> Software Proficiency: Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Revit, and AutoCAD.
-> Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and other international structural design codes.
-> Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of engineers. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
-> Project & Site Management: Proven experience in managing design projects from initial concept to construction phase, including site inspections and design implementation.

Preferred Skills:
-> International Experience: Experience with international projects or working in multicultural environments is a plus.
-> BIM Skills: Familiarity with BIM technologies and advanced structural modeling tools is a plus.
