Senior Structural Design Engineer Bridges

Lead the technical delivery of bridge, underpass, and transportation structure designs across multiple projects

Conduct technical reviews and ensure high-quality, technically sound outputs before submission

Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and value engineering

Collaborate with project managers, discipline leads, and approving authorities to manage schedules, approvals, and design interfaces

Present design concepts and technical matters to clients and stakeholders when required

Provide direction to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring clarity of expectations and priorities

Report on design progress, resourcing needs, and delivery milestones to the design manager or team leader

Desired Skills

• Professional qualification/certification (PE, CEng, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in UAE or GCC on bridge and infrastructure design projects
• Experience with a variety of bridge types and cut-and-cover tunnels
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards and common data environment design workflows
