Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design and supervision for a mid-rise residential / employee accommodation project consisting of 6 buildings (G+6). The ideal candidate will ensure structural integrity, compliance with codes, and high-quality construction standards across all buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design, analysis, and review for 6 mid-rise buildings (G+6).
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for concrete and steel structures.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction to ensure adherence to structural designs and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on structural design and project execution.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical decision-making.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with mid-rise residential or employee accommodation projects.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-building projects from design through construction.
