Senior Structural Engineer

Core Metal Industry LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) certification to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design, analysis, approvals, and site coordination for steel and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings for steel and industrial structures
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality, local authority regulations, and relevant codes
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality for submissions, approvals, and technical clarifications
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and drafting teams
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Coordinate with fabrication, site, and project management teams
• Attend technical meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of engineering works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Dubai Municipality certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in steel fabrication and industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of structural design software and international codes
• Proven experience with DM approvals and authority submissions
• Excellent technical, coordination, and communication skills
