Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and supervision of structural projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in [building / infrastructure / industrial] projects and will ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design of buildings, bridges, or industrial structures
• Perform structural analysis, calculations, and modeling
• Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Conduct site inspections and provide solutions for structural issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in structural engineering
• Proven experience in [concrete, steel, timber, or relevant materials] design
• Strong knowledge of structural codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, local standards)
• Proficient in structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
