Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure work is executed efficiently and safely.

- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and assess small-scale projects.

- Coordinate with managers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.

- Oversee quality control, safety implementation, and timely delivery.

- Provide technical solutions for maintenance and performance improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer (preferably with leading contracting firms). Site Engineer in UAE: 2-4 years (Preferred)

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and HSE standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Language: Arabic (Required)
