- 6-8+ years of ITSM experience is MUST
- 4+ years hands on in Symphony SummitAI is MUST
- Strong experience in workflow automation, scripting, and custom form/service catalog development is MUST
- Strong experience in API integrations with AD, SCCM, Intune, HRMS, Email Gateways, etc is MUST
Senior Symphony SummitAI ITSM Administrator (L2) to manage, configure, and enhance the Symphony Summit ITSM platform. The role involves hands on work with workflows, automations, scripting, custom forms, integrations, and reporting. The selected candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to optimize ITSM processes and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer Symphony SummitAI modules: Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Asset & CMDB.
- Configure custom forms, UI elements, templates, SLAs, automations, and business rules.
- Manage user roles, permissions, security policies, and data access.
- Perform upgrades, patches, platform maintenance, and health checks.
Workflow & Automation
- Develop and enhance workflow automations, approval flows, and lifecycle rules.
- Create custom scripts, macros, and Summit automation logic.
- Integrate SummitAI with tools such as AD, Intune, SCCM, Jira, HRMS, Email Gateways, etc., using APIs and connectors.
Custom Development
- Build custom forms, service catalog items, UI components, and extensions.
- Develop automation playbooks aligned with ITIL v4 processes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design advanced reports, dashboards, and BI insights within SummitAI.
- Automate scheduled reporting and build executive level dashboards.
Process Optimization & Governance
- Support ITSM process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Conduct system reviews and performance tuning.
- Provide documentation, SOPs, training, and L3 level support.
