About the Role:

As a Community Liaison at DHCM, you will be the primary point of contact between DHCM and the owners/tenants within your assigned communities. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication, timely collection of service charges, proactive community monitoring, and efficient resolution of issues. You will contribute directly to maintaining high living standards, fostering customer satisfaction, and upholding the integrity of DHCM communities.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Evaluate existing streetlight and traffic signal infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, energy efficiency, or modernization.
• Provide expert consultation on maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, emergency response protocols, maintenance plans, and upgrade proposals tailored to operational needs.
• Advise on compliance with relevant electrical codes, MUTCD standards, and RTA regulations.
• Assess and recommend technologies for smart lighting, LED retrofits, traffic signal optimization, and remote monitoring systems.
• Defining technical specifications for materials and contractor services.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, utility companies, and contractors during implementation phases.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance of streetlights and traffic signals is carried out effectively and in accordance with established standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the contractor's performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports as required for remit for various stakeholders.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the below qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role within community management or property management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
