Supervisor Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day façade installation works (aluminium, glass, cladding, glazing, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, allocate manpower effectively, and track work progress on-site.
• Highlight risks, delays, or manpower/material shortages to management proactively.
• Proven ability to supervise whole Project in execution.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and management for timely delivery.
• Lead and guide skilled/semi-skilled workers to achieve quality and safety compliance.
• Inspect works regularly and enforce corrective measures when required.
• Attend client/consultant/site meetings and represent the project confidently
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

Candidate Profile Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ GCC experience in façade (aluminium & glass) projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical or related field (educated background mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to supervise whole Project in execution.
• Knowledge of façade systems, safety standards, and quality checks.
• Must speak, read, and write English in working professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
