SENIOR SUPERVISOR – PIPE FABRICATION & FITTER

Position: Senior Supervisor (Pipe Fabricator / Pipe Fitter)
Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas / Construction / Fabrication

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in pipe fabrication and fitting in oil & gas industry
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Must be able to supervise a team of 10+ pipe fitters
• Strong knowledge of isometric drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication processes
• Experience in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipe fitting
• Knowledge of welding procedures, fit-up tolerances, and NDT requirements
• Valid QID and able to transfer sponsorship
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 10+ pipe fitters
• Ensure pipe spool fabrication and fitting are done as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain discipline
• Report to project manager on daily progress and manpower utilization

Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
