Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Central Time)

Job Summary

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Sr. Supervisory Associate to manage end-to-end finance and accounting processes. The role involves process ownership, team supervision, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with clients to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Process Owner for delegated finance & accounting processes.
• Manage end-to-end processes for client entities, groups, or practice areas.
• Participate in project teams across Finance, Accounting, and IT/IS initiatives.
• Coordinate with client on-site teams to resolve queries proactively.
• Prepare management deliverables and business communications for stakeholders.
• Maintain control instruments and log sheets for process review and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification:

• CA Finalist (ICAP/ICAEW) or ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/CIA/CMA Member/Affiliate
• OR Undergraduate degree in Finance from a top-tier university

Experience:

• 3+ years in Big 4 Accounting Firm (Assurance/Advisory)
• OR 3+ years in Industry at a Top-Tier Organization
• OR 4+ years in a Mid-Tier Accounting Firm (Assurance/Advisory)

Technical Skills:

• General Ledger Accounting, AP/AR, Cash Flow Management, Reconciliations
• Management & Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
• ERP or Accounting Software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis & Reporting
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP/GAAS/FASB is a plus

Pay: Rs115,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
