Our Supply Chain Operations Programs team is building a world-class Center of Excellence to scale business outcomes faster than headcount or cost. We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Process Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex problems, and wants to make an outsized impact.

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Supply Chain Manager , you will lead discovery and design for high-impact process improvements across our global supply chain operations. You’ll facilitate workshops with subject matter experts, document current-state processes, and identify systemic gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes. You’ll bring clarity and structure to complex workflows and help drive solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured, high-efficiency working sessions with cross-functional SMEs to extract and map existing processes
• Analyze complexity and defects in current workflows to uncover high-impact improvement opportunities
• Deliver high-quality process documentation using APQC-aligned structures and clear, user-friendly narratives
• Translate findings into actionable user stories and requirements for analytics and automation teams
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of improvements
• Leverage tried-and-true frameworks like PDCA or DMAIC to instill a culture of continuous improvement and deliver meaningful results
• Manage a team of 2 process engineers

• Systems thinker who operates independently and can navigate ambiguity without losing momentum
• Multiplier traits: enables others to execute better through clear documentation, reusable frameworks, and scalable thinking
• Skilled communicator with the ability to distill complex workflows into simple, visual, and narrative artifacts
• Familiar with Agile project/product management principles
• Deep supply chain knowledge spanning planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in supply chain, operations, or process re-engineering roles
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or equivalent methods
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalents)
• Comfortable using Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree required
