Senior Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a talented Senior Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily sales operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Manage daily sales reports and coordinate with Account Managers, Logistics, Finance, and Order Desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle daily internal stock transfers for E-Store and Mainland locations.
• Track inbound shipments and coordinate with factories and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and facilitate the clearance of aging stocks to maintain inventory efficiency.
• Monitor E-Store out-of-stock items and develop replenishment plans to ensure product availability.
• Create and manage manual purchase orders, including any necessary changes.
• Procure Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) stickers for UAE and Oman.
• Develop and maintain model code mapping for claim purposes.
• Prepare and submit weekly sell-in reports to track and analyze sales performance.

What You’ll Need:

• University degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration).
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced functions and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong team player with the capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prior experience in the electronics industry is desirable.
