Job Purpose:

Supervise Procurement operations for projects including forecasting purchasing needs, sourcing providers, establishing agreements, evaluating providers and improving the process to meet business need.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervising the Procurement workflow according to project’s needs.
• Implementing Procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Preparing procurement reports.
• Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
• Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Collaborating with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• MS Office, ERP
• 7+ years' experience in Data Center projects.
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain & procurement.
