Senior Surveyor

Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute high-precision surveys for complex or large-scale Power Generation and EHV/HV Substation projects.
• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
• Verifying data and calculations.
• Provide survey data critical for design, layout, and construction.
• Coordinate the use of advanced surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, Total Station, CAD, GIS).

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of surveying instruments and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with KSA and SEC regulations, legal surveying standards, and permitting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
